Oh, you know, they listed me in the team but I'm bloody unable to
maintain that monster...:-)

Well, this bug report was mostly about finding a way to avoid linda
complaining about something that's logically intended by the
maintainer. Moreover, "linux-any" has been removed from last dpkg
version so you'd better close that bug report now....unless you want
to keep it opened  for the days the feature will be re-enabled.


I would perfectly understand if you think it does not fit the goals
of linda, but I'll find it annoying if it complains about packages
using a supported feature of dpkg (architecture aliases or whatever we
name this).
