Right and this is what I need. wav -> mp2
Most mp3reader do not support ogg but mp3/mp2.

I am running e.g. Audacity, which support ogg by default and
then the liblame to produce mp3. Becazse lame is non-free, I
see a FREE toolame library which can replace the non-free one.
