Does this work for you now with openconnect 8.02-1? There is an upstream bug report, where it is reported that updating to openconnect 8 fixed this. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/NetworkManager-openconnect/issues/5 If it still persists for you, can you comment on this upstream report?
