Package: telegram-cli
Version: 1.3.1+git20160323.6547c0b21-1
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

please move manpage to section 1 (telegram-cli is perfectly usable
without superuser privilegies). Also, in manpage there is empty SEE ALSO
section. Probably, it could be removed.

Thank you for maintaining telegram-cli.
