Er, this problem is more serious than I thought it was (or has become
so since the last NMU). 'bsetroot' is renamed to 'fbsetroot', but
fluxbox 0.9.14-1.1 still contains a diversion of bsetroot to
bsetroot.blackbox:

Unpacking fluxbox (from .../fluxbox_0.9.14-1.1_i386.deb) ...
Adding `diversion of /usr/bin/bsetroot to /usr/bin/bsetroot.blackbox by fluxbox'
Adding `diversion of /usr/share/man/man1/bsetroot.1.gz to
/usr/share/man/man1/bsetroot.blackbox.1.gz by fluxbox'
Setting up fluxbox (0.9.14-1.1) ...

... so installing fluxbox 0.9.14-1.1 breaks bsetroot in blackbox
0.70.1-1.1. Since fluxbox now provides 'fbsetroot' instead of
'bsetroot', this diversion is now totally unnecessary, and AFAICS should
be removed.
