It depends on "default-jdk-headless (>= 2:1.8)", which means JDK8 satisfies as well. If your system has it installed already, installing "andriod-sdk" will not install JDK11. In fact I believe a JDK shouldn't be a dependency at all. Only a JRE is needed to run the tools, and the child packages already depends on a JRE.
