control: tags -1 -wontfix I don't think this should be wontfix. This is not impossible to address, but not as simple as the current patch suggests.
E.g. looking at the upgrade checklist in policy (https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/upgrading-checklist.html), a quick glance shows that the following upgrades should be safe: * 4.2.0 => 4.2.1 (since it relaxes a condition) * 4.1.0 => 4.1.1 (just so long as we check that debian/changelog is present) or, with a little bit more work: * 3.9.3 => 3.9.4
