Is there anything that makes this version unsuitable for buster? If the
only reason it hasn't been uploaded yet is lack of time, I can look into
doing a team upload for it.

There seem to be significant changes to the menu code, so it should
probably be tested with mate-menu or ukui-menu before uploading.

Alternatively, uploading a version closely resembling the one in Ubuntu
would be a low-risk option with a minimal fix for this bug.
