Hi

Given there is (not yet) a CVE for this issue add a unique identifier
via a Debian BTS bug for the issue for tracking.

Upstream issue: https://github.com/tlby/netmask/issues/3
Fixed by:
https://github.com/tlby/netmask/commit/29a9c239bd1008363f5b34ffd6c2cef906f3660c

Security impact propably for instance if netmask is called from a
script/deamon which would accept untrusted input for the arguments.

Marked as no-dsa in security-tracker as discussed with Moritz.

Regards,
Salvatore
