Dear all, I believe Paul Wise had volunteered [1] , as well as Axel Beckert [2] but the status quo of adequate is same as before. Doing zless changelog.gz on /usr/share/doc/adequate shows the last upload was on 12th Jan 2016 while tracker.debian.org/adequate shows another commit done by Jakub Wilk which he marked as 0.15.2 [3] .
At the very least we could move upstream from bitbucket to salsa.debian.org now that resource is there perhaps.
