Oops, sorry meant it to be Julian Andres Klode . I was under the impression (or assumption) that you are somehow close to Matthias Klose . Please don't ask me how, it's partly the culture I am bought up :) Anyways, I was able to see - https://blog.jak-linux.org//2015/12/26/much-faster-incremental-apt-updates/ https://blog.jak-linux.org/2015/12/30/apt-1-1-8-to-1-1-10-going-faster/ It probably would make more sense to add these links of the links shared therein. I actually came on this due to https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/498144/why-doesnt-appstream-have-apt-pdiff-like-structure? Hoping to know if we can see more .pdiffs in the near future. I could live with a bit more processing time. -- Regards, Shirish Agarwal शिरीष अग्रवाल My quotes in this email licensed under CC 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/ http://flossexperiences.wordpress.com EB80 462B 08E1 A0DE A73A 2C2F 9F3D C7A4 E1C4 D2D8
