Pound can also issue HTTP redirects. This is to reintroduce pound into the archive after it had been removed in February 2018. The problem had been that it didn't build with OpenSSL 1.1, but patches exist now. If the previous maintainer (Cc'ed) is still interested, I suggest a co-maintainership.
