Package: flashplugin-nonfree
Version: 7.0.63.1
Severity: wishlist

Hello Bart,

This package downloads from the web, but there's no progress indicator.
I know there's a debconf message, but it's still a bit unclear to a
user while the configure stage is taking that long. This is all you
get when downloading:

> Setting up flashplugin-nonfree (7.0.63.1) ...

At first, I think it would help to print out "Downloading bla bla etc..."
when starting and then " done." when finished. This would at least give the
user a hint that it's normal that this takes a while longer.

But then, a progress bar would be even nicer, especially on machines
with a slow or unreliable connection. Maybe wget can provide this?

bye,
Thijs
