This time, it looks a bit different. I can also only reproduce it under certain circumstances. On most systems I tried, I didn't get the problem. It only appears when building inside a ReiserFS (3.6) filesystem accessed with the stock debian kernel 2.6.15. Looks like timestamps issues or something. Therefore lowering the severity.
