Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Upgrading Zabbix to version 4 via apt
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I tried to view my network map in Zabbix
* What was the outcome of this action?
Only the first item on the map was visible and a JS error was
logged to the browser console
* What outcome did you expect instead?
All items on the map to be visible

The debian package for zabbix-frontend-php includes a symlink to
prototype.js version 1.7.1 which is incompatible with zabbix 4.0
Replacing the symlink at /usr/share/zabbix/js/vendors/prototype.js with
prototype.js v1.6.1 resolves the problem.
