Hm... I have had problems (besides ENOTIME) to duplicate this. However, it turns out that some users have had problems with the lircd-uinput service. This used to be enabled by default (which in hindsight was wrong). Could anyone having this problem: - Report the output from 'systemctl status lircd-uinput.service'? - Check if 'systemctl disable --now lircd-uinput.service' removes the duplicated messages?
