After upgrading to 240 version, all my system started to take ages to boot. It
seems related to disk mapping first and then kdeinit5 is stuck for nearly 5
minutes at 100 cpu.

Downgrading to 239.15 fixes eveyting back. THe report is done from a restaures
239.15 version.

Are you using lvm?

no

What happens if you only upgrade udev to 240-1?

I only downgraded udev and libudev first because I saw the bug on lvm2. No change.

What if you keep udev at 239-15 and upgrade systemd to 240-1?

Does not work.

Please provide a verbose debug log with precise error messages.
No time to do that. I already wasted two hours today... It was just to warn people that this version of udev should have gone to experimental or receive more testing before deploying it...
