Respectfully, you need to upgrade to buster in order to install the Debian theme-d packages too. :) :) Debian is working on preparing the Buster release so it makes sense that you need to have Buster available if you want to test software intended for Buster. You can use a virtual machine for this testing. I don't have Debian installed on "bare metal". I run Ubuntu and have Debian in a virtual machine that I can run when I want to check something that might differ in Debian. Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
