The key is that I added ANACRON_ARGS to the environment file besides ConditionACPower so that users may add custom arguments. For example, -s for serialisation. In such circumstance the EnvironmentFile is needed anyway. I already added related notes in both /etc/default/anacron and systemd service file about sysvinit and drop-in config in anacron 2.3-25. -- Thank, Boyuan Yang
