Hi, your package list files under /etc explicitely in 'nuauth.conffiles'. This is redundant as debhelper lists all files under /etc as conffiles. By explicitely listing them they end up twice in the packages' conffiles. Please remove the file 'debian/nuauth.conffiles' to correct this.
