Hi! your package libgps-dev can be safely marked as Multi-Arch: same, as
described in https://dedup.debian.net/static/multiarch-hints.yaml

This would make cross compiling stuff in Debian much much easier,
specially for developers.

I'm CCing helmut in case I might be missing something.
