Control: retitle -1 dd-list: update documentation to match how dd-list uses apt 
to find Sources files and decompress them

I was looking at the manual page to find out how dd-list found its
default Sources files, saw that it allegedly just uses a glob and then
looked at the code to find that glob without looking at the surrounding
code. Sorry for the noise, to salvage the remaining value of this bug
I'm retitling it to reframe it around the outdated documentation issue.
