Fixed in: https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian/commit/38b74fe0a101aa10d4ea87084fa05bc420986321 I decided against using just the filename itself as there were a few too many false-positives and I think we would catch most peccant maintainers of new packages it this way.
