I reassigned it, because the bug reporter had citadel-server installed, and it appeared to hang for him for some reason. (Also I wouldn't agree it worked correctly, as it showed some failure message instead of sending my e-mail. Most probably it was a matter of some missing configuration, but I didn't have time to spend on it; I only installed the package, checked that I couldn't reproduce the exact issue from the bug report, and then uninstalled it.)
