There are several related but separate issues here: a) allowing choice among multiple dictionaries b) preference among multiple dictionaries Regarding a), The tool boxer and its dataset boxer-data is about tracking the choices of Debian and fixating some of those choices. Since parl-* packages are outputs from Boxer, it is intentional for them to have fixated choice of dictionaries (and more). Regarding b), boxer covers both majority and minority choices of dictionaries - but parl-* packages specifically have as goal to provide as optimal a localization for a range of applications including Mozilla and LibreOffice products. Until recently that has required the use of myspell-es - and shifts to requiring hunspell-es - not because of popularity but because of how those packages are getting included with Mozilla and LibreOffice products over time. > Feel free to close this bug report if you find that convenient. Thanks. I think it makes sense to leave it open as I imagine the question may arise again, for other dictionaires or other choices fixated. - Jonas -- * Jonas Smedegaard - idealist & Internet-arkitekt * Tlf.: +45 40843136 Website: http://dr.jones.dk/ [x] quote me freely [ ] ask before reusing [ ] keep private
