Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.
>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

/usr/lib/nodejs/combined-stream/index.js -> combined_stream.js
Should have been rather
/usr/lib/nodejs/combined-stream/lib/index.js -> combined_stream.js
