Package: qemu-user-static
Version: 1:2.8+dfsg-6+deb9u4
Severity: important
File: /usr/sbin/qemu-debootstrap

Dear Maintainer,

When running qemu-debootstrap, the second stage that is executed inside the
chroot fails
to find the debian keyring.

I: Running command: chroot /root/tmp.OExV1NB4v1 /debootstrap/debootstrap
--second-stage
I: Keyring file not available at
/usr/share/keyrings/debian-archive-keyring.gpg; switching to https mirror
https://deb.debian.org/debian

This issue persists even if the keyring is provided with the --keyring
debootstrap flag
and/or if debian-archive-keyring is added to the list of includes.

Should there be a way to ensure that the second stage uses the gpg keyring?
