With this release you can drop the libsoup-gnome2.4-dev build dependency. In its place, you could add libcurl4-gnutls-dev <!nocheck> but it's only used for 2 network tests which we don't want to run anyway. The tests are skipped unless the environment variable LIBOSINFO_NETWORK_TESTS is set.
