We only discovered that ant was the source of trouble by comparing the output of a project built using that and another project build using a simple Makefile. If you're going to stop supporting older API versions, I'd suggest that the tool should exit with an error status rather than silently corrupting the build process. We spent a couple of days tracking down this issue, which would have been obvious had the package build simply failed when it used -target 1.4. -- -keith
