That is the home directory of the "sreview" user, which is created
dynamically by adduser with the correct UID and GID of the sreview user,
a requirement for SReview.
Shipping it with the wrong UID/GID might work, but could create
problems.
Removing the SReview user seems wrong.
What do you suggest I do?
