The following is wrong:

>    No existing git history
>            % dgit clone foo
>            % cd foo
>            % git remote add -f upstream https://some.upstream/foo.git

because you also need `git debrebase convert-from-dgit-view`.

Or do you?  In #905433 Ian recommends that the convert-from-gbp
subcommand be used in this situation.  But we are planning to rename
that to convert-from-unapplied.  And the dgit view is definitely not
patches-unapplied!

Ian, could you explain why you recommended convert-from-gbp in #905433?
Then I can write a patch for this.

Secondly, Johannes has pointed out that if you are using dgit with no
git history on salsa, then "No existing git history" applies to you.
The section headings need to be tweaked.
