Not really. As far as I know I have this new profile, but because
I upgraded I'm stuck in complain mode, even tough enforce mode
should work just fine. And I don't see the point.

You've installed a new profile, so it should work. Since it's a
config file, I might have edited it, but if it doesn't work it's
really my problem.
