After an upgrade yesterday to util-linux 2.32-0.3, "su" no longer
updates the PATH as specified by ENV_SUPATH in /etc/login.defs.
/sbin and /usr/local/sbin are no longer added when changing to root.
This is the specified behaviour in the man page.
