Control: retitle -1 convert-from-gbp should use new-upstream tag search logic
Sean Whitton writes ("Bug#905062: git-debrebase: when convert-from-gbp needs
upstream commitish, it should tell you"):
> When `git debrebase convert-from-gbp` fails because you need to supply
> an upstream commitish, it gives an unhelpful message. It should instead
> say "you probably need to supply a commitish corresponding to the most
> recent packaged upstrem release".
This is because it's using its own old wrong implementation of finding
the upstream. It should use the logic from new-upstream.
