Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.
>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

../../fonts/truetype/ttf-dejavu/DejaVuSans.ttf
/usr/share/xye/res/DejaVuSans-Bold.ttf ->
../../fonts/truetype/ttf-dejavu/DejaVuSans-Bold.ttf
The fonts are nowadays located in
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/dejavu/,
not
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-dejavu/.
