According to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1594896 paramiko needs an update for pytest 3.6. Also the debian autopkg tests need an update to use pytest. patch at http://launchpadlibrarian.net/380090902/paramiko_2.4.0-1_2.4.0-1ubuntu1.diff.gz
