the init script of vsftpd contains the line
54: if ! ps -C vsftpd | grep -qs "${_PID}"
that requires the ps program which is not installed by default, and
there is no dependency on procps either. In general this remains
unnoticed since many packages already depend on procps, in a fairly
empty chroot however that's a problem. Please add an according
dependency, it shouldn't bother systemd folks as udev already depends on
procps so no superflous dependency is brought in.
