The issue looks like fixed now (file https://www.debian.org/sitemap.ko.html now shows "데비안 로고"), but that is because it was force-rebuilt some hours ago when we published the 8.11 release point. I think we need to review the makefile command for building the sitemap.wml file, so it catches this case issue.
