Well, the reality is that all partition tables except MBR/FDISK plainly ignore any kind of RAID setting, so you can just do it by hand. What partition table are you using, and what flag did fdisk actually put on the partition table, assyming it is some kind of sparc/solaris/bsdish partition table ?
