I'm unable to reproduce your bug, I copied one of my MP3s in a file
named: foöé.mp3
I stripped all id3 tags with: id3v2 -D foöé.mp3
my locale is: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Rhythmbox imported and showed the file fine with unknown Artist,
Genre, Title, ... See attached screenshot.
Could you please send me the first 500 kB of one of the problematic
file with:
head --bytes=500k foo.mp3 > foo-header.mp3
