The problem is that noone in the pkg-voip maintainer team is using these packages anymore. You cannot properly maintain a package in the long run if you don't use it. The current packages in the archive have been bitrotting for too long, they are a disservice to our and your users even if the RC bug regarding OpenSSL 1.1 would be patched.
