the Color and Legacy (which Inherits=Color) icon themes override folder icons the from the desktop icon theme. This causes gimp file dialog appearance to differ from other file dialogs on the desktop. While this might desirable for the Symbolic and Symbolic-Inverted icon themes, Color and thus Legacy should honour the desktop icon theme.
