Bug#898339: Ncmpcpp crashes at start

Version: 0.8.1-1

Possibly a recent libboost/icu upgrade broke ncmpcpp, at least on Debian 
unstable. It fails to start with an error:

  ncmpcpp: symbol lookup error: ncmpcpp: undefined symbol: 
_ZNK5boost16re_detail_10620031icu_regex_traits_implementation12do_transformEPKiS3_PKN6icu_578CollatorE

Recompiling fixes the issue, but there's also a new version (0.8.2) that 
seems to compile and run without issues.
