Package: dnsmasq Followup-For: Bug #201437 I know nothing about dnrd so my comment might be totally off the mark.
I guess making dnsmasq provid dnrd would only make sense if there are packages depending on dnrd. But even then the better solution IMHO would be for the other packages to depend on dnsmasq or another DNS server rather than making dnsmasq provide dnrd which AFAICT it does not really do.
