Somebody else has made an upload yesterday: https://tracker.debian.org/news/953154/accepted-link-grammar-5316-3-source-into-unstable/ The packaging repository was not updated, which is why I had to import the changes manually. This is a bit unfortunate, but I did not want to rebase all my work at this point (also, to my knowledge, the 'master' branch is a protected branch by default on Salsa, which means that force-pushing is not allowed). However, I did manage to make the changes available in the repository by different means (see the debian/5.3.16-3 tag). To further complicate things, there has also been a new upstream release. I have imported this new release as well, pushed everything to the Salsa repository and reuploaded the package to Mentors.
