Thanks a lot. However, I think it makes sense to start with htsjdk
where I upgraded to latest upstream in Git. If we fix this we could
upgrade to latest picard-tools (with new problems to expect - I
never experienced a smooth version upgrade of both libs. So help
for htsjdk would be really appreciated.
