It occurred to me again these days, and with the help of Yao Wei in another bug report: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=892883 Your previous requests were finally fixed now. Now we use the name "opensource.nchc.org.tw", ftpsync was updated to the latest and the upstream is ftp.osuosl.org. Sorry it took so long to response. Appreciate.
