Yes, not all copyright notices were changed, but still take a look, for example, at https://github.com/purcell/mmm-mode/commit/859d2316e68abde61ca894fee93a420e3a69f085 Major contributors assigned their copyright to FSF. Dmitry Gutov is not mentioned in the commit message, but as you can see from the commit he did so too. Anyway, d/copyright was not updated for a quite long time, which is not good. > install-sh: copyright does not include the fsf at all. Moreover install-sh shows a mistake in your d/copyright, because its license is MIT, not GPL, where your d/copyright mentions only GPL. Regards, Lev
