This is my update: Upon using a newer mrbean (binary, seems like we need to package [this repo](https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-modules-base) (is anyone on debian-java doing it?) library, installing some[1, 2] runtime dependencies and adding a `patform.keys.rewrite.txt` file i've managed to get at least the arduino window[3]! (It's buggy as hell and i need to work on patching the codebase). It was really exciting to see it finally alive! Now i will focus on getting to know what's this `platform.keys.rewrite.txt` file and how to fix it's absence or have a reasonable default (i've seen that alternative projects like teensy provide these files for usage on the arduino IDE). If i'm not mistaken these files give instructions on how to generate C programs from arduino sketches (doen't arduino-builder already do that?). Then i will investigate on packaging a newer MrBean module (some help from the folks at debian-java might be needed :P) [1] jmdns-java, loads without problem [2] libastylej, arduino tries to load it from `/usr/share/arduino/lib/libastylej.so`, patching upstream may be needed.
