I am using a patches-applied, single-debian-patch workflow for
src:git-annex. I just merged a new upstream release. This upstream
release contains all of the Debian delta from the most recent upload
(deletion of some lines from the top of Test.hs).
I would expect `dgit quilt-fixup` to just delete d/patches/. In fact,
it does nothing at all.
And so if one tries to build, this happens:
